RETURNS & EXCHANGESPlease review our return policy before submitting a return. Once you’re ready to submit, please email [email protected] to begin your process. The gloves must be unworn to qualify for a return.
We suggest you use our Fit Guide to avoid returns. However, should you need to return an item, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item was delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, both gloves are sewn together with tags, and in its original packaging. The material mustn't be stretched, altered, or distressed from its original condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at [email protected].
At this time, we do not offer free shipping on returns. When your return request is processed, we will send a shipping label and deduct the shipping cost from your refunded total.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For returns on international orders, customers will be responsible for shipping charges. For international exchanges, customers will be responsible for the return shipping charge and the shipping charge for the exchange.

Sale items not marked final sale and gift cards are eligible for exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items marked as final sale.

To facilitate an exchange please reach out to [email protected]. Once your exchange is received, we can process your order for your new item. Please check our fit guide to ensure your exchange is correct. For items of greater value, we will ship your new item upon receiving additional payment. If the exchange is of lesser value, we will issue a refund for the difference.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If your return is not accepted, our service team will contact you to discuss a solution.
Any International shipping exchanges will be at the cost of the purchaser unless the item is damaged. The purchaser is also responsible for any international duty fees on items.
